Guest Writers Wanted!

I am currently looking for individuals who are interested in contributing to Your Captain Speaks!

Guest writers must:

• Submit one (1) acceptable* 250-750 word article per week.
• Have at least a basic knowledge of the topics writing about.
• Be at least 18 years old.

*Articles must not have excessive spelling or grammatical errors and must not violate any established laws and/or statutes regarding web content. Also, articles must not include product reviews or advertisements of any kind. If the article is strictly opinion based, the writer must clearly state so at the beginning of the article. If the writer is using the work of another organization or individual, the writer must give credit by providing a link to the original work or by inserting citations.

Guest writers will be provided a dedicated page for their submissions. Guest writers will have each of their submissions featured on the front page of YCS for three (3) days before the post is moved to their dedicated page where it will stay for 30 days thereafter.

• Click the “Contact the Author” link in the pages tab.
• Fill out the contact form. Be sure to include your full name and email address. In your comments, provide any topics or subjects you would like to write about or have basic or extensive knowledge in.
• If accepted to write for YCS, you will be notified by email within 48 hours with further instructions for submitting your articles.
• Be aware that this is a non-paid position. Guest writers are strictly volunteers.
