:)
Hello! First of all, this was one of the best days I’ve had in recent memory. I woke up around 9am or so to a phone call from Amanda. She wanted to know if I wanted to hang out for the day. It took me a little while to wake up enough to really figure out what was going on for the day. I finally called her back a bit later and agreed to hang out, and I met her at McDonald’s in Skowhegan around 11:15am. I followed her to her house, then jumped in her truck and went to the horse stables to help her groom her horse! That was actually pretty fun, and I had never done it before. After that, we went back to her place and we hung out for the rest of the afternoon, then I had to drive back to my house to get ready to go out to the Blues Club with some friends. I met up with Jeff, Jeremy, Heidi, Pat, Janna, Lou and a couple others, and we had a really good time. Today was a really, really great day, and I still couldn’t ask for a better group of friends. North Dakota just doesn’t compare to Maine as far as this stuff. Next weekend will be my last weekend back before I have to leave to go back to North Dakota and start my job training again. It’ll be good I’m sure to get back to work, but I’m really going to miss all of my friends even more than I did the first couple of times I left for North Dakota.
Tomorrow morning I’m gonna go attend church in Shawmut, then I have to go around noon or so to see my friend Laurie who I used to work with at Walmart before she left for a new job. I haven’t seen her at all since last Winter. Then I’ll probably head back home to watch some football with my father for the evening. It should be a pretty quiet day for the most part.
That’s about it though! Everyone take care and I’ll be sure to post again tomorrow!
P.S. – I’m probably gonna try to start a new lyric soon since “Just After Sunset” will be released in just a couple of days!
